Bo Short is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Base Molecular Resonance™ Technologies (BMRT), one of the most consequential scientific breakthroughs of the modern era. BMRT’s quantum-physics-based resonance detection technology, valued at $60.3 billion, is redefining how the world identifies cancers, diseases, elements, explosives, narcotics, and high-threat substances. Among them, he was called upon to launch the Office of Strategic Partner Relations for the American Red Cross, where he created the NASCAR program as well as spearheaded the partnership with the Business Roundtable. He served on the PR Committee for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and was a member of the Government Relations Advisory Board and National Youth of the Year judge for The Boys & Girls Clubs of America. At the personal request of Senator Strom Thurmond, he was also asked to lead the formation of the Strom Thurmond Boys and Girls Club Leadership Institute at Clemson. Bo served as President of the American Leadership Foundation for 15 years and was honored as the recipient of the Courageous Citizen Award from KIDS, inc.
